The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. ('GS Inc') was interested by attribution only in
7,284,175 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.21% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.


The interest in 7,284,175 shares arose from a beneficial interest held by
Goldman Sachs International, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of GS inc.
