Companies Focus Fund, RAM Trust Services, Inc on behalf of its clients, also has
a material interest in 5,107,225 ordinary shares in the Company representing
3.017% of its issued share capital.


The shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.


Ram Trust Services, Inc has no additional position in the Company outside of
their investment in SCFF.
