that Schroder Investment Management Ltd, and their fellow subsidiary Schroder
Investment Management North America Limited (SIMNA Ltd) now hold an interest in
17,788,191 ordinary shares in the Company. This represents 12.051% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
