Research and Management Company that it has a notifiable interest in 20,874,377
Ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 9.948% of the issued ordinary
share capital.


The Company was then subsequently advised on 15 March 2004 that The Capital
Group Companies, Inc now holds a notifiable interest in 19,620,893 ordinary
shares representing 9.351% of the issued ordinary share capital.
