6,000 ordinary shares to Mrs Nienke Heleen Charlotte Hutson (his wife).


Mr John Hutson today sold 4,000 shares at a price of 297.5p per share, to bring
his shareholding to 78,345 ordinary shares.


Mrs Nienke Heleen Charlotte Hutson today sold 6,000 shares at a price of 297.5p
per share, bringing her shareholding to 1,080 ordinary shares.
