3,000 ordinary shares to Mrs Nienke Helene Charlotte Hutson (his wife).


Mr John Hutson sold 3,000 shares at a price of 375.5p per share, to bring his
shareholding to 77,613 shares.


Mrs Nienke Helene Charlotte Hutson sold 3,000 shares at a price of 375.5p per
share leaving her shareholding at 1,080 ordinary shares.
