The Company announces that Mr John Hutson, Chief Executive Officer, today
exercised 49,750 options at an exercise price  of 244.2p.

Mr Hutson immediately sold 38,500 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of
654p per share, and has retained  11,250 as shares.

Following this transaction, Mr Hutson now holds an interest of 91,863 ordinary
shares in the Company.
