Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) or connected persons.

On Tuesday 11 October 2011, Kirk Davis, a PDMR at JD Wetherspoon plc sold 1,212 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 420.54p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Davis' retains an interest in 17,790 shares under the Share Incentive Plan.
