Persons Disclosing Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs') Disclosures

The Company announces that it was informed on 28 January 2009 by Tim Martin, Chairman, that security over 3.6 million of his shares in the Company would remain in place as security for a facility with RBS (having previously announced this security was in the process of being released); this would allow him greater flexibility in his ongoing financial planning arrangements.  Tim Martin holds 33,309,934 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 24.0% of the  Company's issued share capital.
