Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility

The Company announces that it has been informed that the trustee to the scheme purchased 4258 ordinary shares at a price of 460.1p on 20 November 2009 to satisfy awards to be made pursuant to the Company's Deferred Bonus Scheme for Kirk Davis, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR).

2838 shares immediately vested and were sold at a price of 460.1p. 

Following the above transaction, Kirk Davis's holdings in the company is nil.
