Westminster Launches New Online Training Catalogue

Westminster Group Plc (AIM: WSG), a leading supplier of managed services and technology-based security solutions worldwide, is pleased to announce the launch of its online training catalogue.

Westminster has provided training solutions for over 10 years, increasing its capabilities through various acquisitions and joint ventures. In the AGM statement the Group mentioned the strategic alliance agreement with JP International Training Limited.  This launch is the start of Westminster capitalising on this alliance.

The Group has been recognised by industry bodies and has received all relevant credentials to supply specialist training to various sectors including aviation and security. In its recent audit by the CAA, Westminster was graded as 'Outstanding' in all areas audited, providing confidence to our customers of our exacting standards.

The new training website will provide an excellent platform for companies and potential customers to clearly identify the type of training they require. Additionally, if the standard training is unsuitable, Westminster will provide accredited bespoke courses to suit their individual requirements.

Commenting on the news, Westminster's Head of Managed Services, Joanna Fowler, said:

"The Westminster Group has spent the last 4 years developing its training division and is proud to have become a world-renowned provider of aviation training with an impressive client base. In the last 24 months, Westminster has concentrated on building strategic partnerships with some of the most respected training centres around the world and these partnerships have resulted in us being able to expand our footprint and increase our capabilities. Our most recent strategic partnership has allowed us to increase our computer based training catalogue.

"Although coronavirus is easing, the knock-on effect has been detrimental for the aviation sector. Our accredited online solution provides the perfect cost-effective solution to ensure all staff remain fully trained and comply with the strict training credentials required by aviation authorities."

Mark Hughes, Westminster's CFO added:

"We see that offering both traditional classroom courses and online training as a strategic response to the recent COVID-19 restrictions gives us an opportunity for substantial revenue growth in our training activities."
