Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6,
Westminster Group plc would like to notify the market of the following:

Westminster Group plc's issued share capital comprises 13,572,336 ordinary
shares of common stock of par value 10p each.  All these shares carry voting
rights.

The Directors shareholdings (including their connected parties) stand at 67.99%
of the issued share capital comprising

the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
