Westminster Group Plc: 

New $660k Contract Award - Surveillance Equipment

For National Government in Sub Saharan Africa


Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster' or 'the Group'), the AIM listed supplier of system solutions and products to the security, defence, fire protection and safety markets worldwide, announces that it has been awarded a contract by a Sub Saharan African Government for the supply of bespoke mobile surveillance systems and equipment to assist with urban policing and state security.


The contract valued at circa $660,000 USD will commence immediately and be completed during 2009.


Commenting on the contract award Peter Fowler, Chief Executive of Westminster Group, said:
