Number of shares issued for dividend 2008 Wereldhave

Well over 50% of shareholders have opted for a dividend in cash and in shares, bringing the number of new shares issued as per April 24, 2009 to 495,253 ordinary shares. These new shares are entitled to dividend in respect of the full financial year 2009. 

The number of ordinary shares in issue increased to 21,276,988, an addition of EUR 22.9 mln to shareholders' equity.
