Transfer of Treasury Shares
9 August 2013

The Weir Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on 9 August 2013, 31,338 ordinary shares of 12.5p each held as treasury shares were transferred to participants to satisfy awards granted in 2010 under the Group Long Term Incentive Plan.

Following the above transfer, the Company now holds 703,307 ordinary shares in treasury and has 213,158,499 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares).
