Management Holdings Limited dated 3 October 2005 that, for the purposes of
Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, with effect from 30 September 2005,
American Express Company group has ceased to have a notifiable interest in the
share capital of the Company and that the notifiable interest as announced on 8
September 2005 by the Company is now that of Ameriprise Financial, Inc.
