We confirm today having received notification from Schroder Investment
Management Limited that they and their subsidiary and affiliated companies have
an interest in an overall aggregate of 29,323,052 shares representing 14.655% of
the shares in issue.

29,036,455 shares are held in portfolios managed on a discretionary basis for
clients under investment management agreements and 286,597 shares are managed by
an affiliated company on a passive basis for clients under investment management
agreements.
