                          Director transfer of shares

The Company announces that Keith Cochrane, Chief Executive, transferred 46,127
ordinary shares in the Company for nil consideration to his spouse on 1 April
2011.

Keith Cochrane's beneficial interests are unchanged at 116,334 ordinary shares,
representing 0.05% per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital as a
result of this transfer.
