The Weir Group PLC hereby announces that John Heasley, Divisional Managing Director for the Power & Industrial Division, holds 821 shares in The Weir Group PLC through a nominee account.  John has also been granted options under the Weir Group Long Term Incentive Plan over 9,572 Performance Shares in 2011, 7,935 Performance Shares in 2012 and 7,166 Performance Shares in 2013.  Under the Weir Group Deferred bonus Plan, John was granted a conditional award of 392 Deferred Shares, 786 Matching Shares and 786 Strategic Shares in 2012 and 204 Deferred Shares, 425 Matching Shares and 425 Strategic Shares in 2013.

Andrew Neilson, Director of Strategy & Corporate Affairs, holds 1,044 shares in The Weir Group PLC through a nominee account.  Andrew has also been granted options under the Weir Group Long Term Incentive Plan over 3,653 Performance Shares in 2011, 3,381 Performance Shares in 2012, 3,429 Performance Shares in March 2013 and 1,878 Performance Shares in August 2013. Under the Weir Group Deferred bonus Plan, Andrew was granted a conditional award of 242 Deferred Shares, 505 Matching Shares and 505 Strategic Shares in 2012 and 173 Deferred Shares, 360 Matching Shares and 360 Strategic Shares in 2013.
