The Company was notified on 26 July 2013 that Mr Terry Tyrell MSc is interested in a total of 681,415 ordinary shares in the capital of Water Intelligence plc, equivalent to 7.09 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital.  This holding includes ordinary shares held beneficially by his SIPP provider, Alliance Trust Savings Limited.
