The Company announces that, following notification received today, Terry Tyrell has an interest in a total of 481,151 ordinary shares in the capital of Water Intelligence, equivalent to 5.01 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital. This holding comprises ordinary shares held by Mr Tyrell and beneficially via his SIPP provider, Alliance Trust Savings Limited.
