Watchstone has been notified that Stefan Borson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 October 2023 at a price of 2.9p per Ordinary Share. Mr Borson now holds 430,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.93% of the entire share capital of the Company.
