The Company received confirmation on 10 June 2011 that M-T L Lim has transferred, at nil consideration, her entire holding of 2,512,176 ordinary shares of 6 2/3p each in the Company, representing approximately 6.8 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, to Mr Lim Wen Yao Lloyd, who is a relative of M-T L Lim.  

Following this transfer, M-T L Lim no longer has a notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company.
