                              HOLDINGS IN COMPANY


WCWB, the fully listed stock and share broker, has been notified that Phillip
Brokerage Pte Ltd has today transferred at nil consideration its entire holding
of 2,955,500 ordinary shares of 20p each in WCWB to members of the family of,
and persons connected with, Mr. Lim Hua Min, the controlling shareholder of
Phillip Brokerage Pte Ltd.


WCWB has been further notified that, as a result of these transfers, Lim
May-Tjuen Lynette, Lim Wen Sheong Linus and Lim Wen Jiang Luke hold 837,392,
837,392 and 837,391 ordinary shares, respectively. Each of these holdings
represents approximately 8.28% of the issued share capital of WCWB.
