Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 21 August 2019 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan completed the acquisition of 63,478 ordinary shares (comprising of 31,739 Partnership and 31,739 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 25p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their August salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria. 

Sean Lam acquired 597 Partnership shares and 597 Matching shares, giving him a total of 50,172 held in his Share Incentive Plan.
