Walker, Crips, Weddle, Beck Plc ('WCWB') is pleased to announce that with effect
from 1 April 2006 its unit trust fund management activities will be consolidated
and re-branded into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Walker Crips Asset Managers
Limited ('WCAM').


To reflect the group's growing presence in the unit trust industry, WCAM's
principal activity will be to manage and develop the existing unit trust
business. The two existing London York multi-manager funds have also been
re-branded under the WCAM banner. Apart from the three other existing funds WCAM
also manages the Collins Stewart UK Growth Fund (Offshore).
