                           Exercise of Share Options



The Company has today issued 45,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 50p per share pursuant to the exercise of options
under the Company's share option schemes. Application has been made for the new
Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to
commence on 16 April 2007.



Following this exercise of options the enlarged issued share capital of the
Company is 16,330,002 Ordinary Shares.
