Further to the announcement released on 25 May 2005, the Company has
subsequently been advised that, following the purchase of 166,666 ordinary
shares of 5p each of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by Unicorn UK Smaller
Companies on 24 May 2005, Unicorn Asset Management Limited is now interested in
a total of 1,650,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 10.5% of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
