ESOT Purchases

The Directors have received notice that (i) on 4 August 2021 the Company's Employee Share Option Trust ("ESOT"), the trustee for which is Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited ("Sanne"), acquired 40,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 57p per share; and (ii) on 5 August 2021 that they had also acquired an additional 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 57p (together the "ESOT Purchase Shares"). The ESOT Purchase Shares represent the maximum number of shares that will be acquired by Sanne during August 2021 pursuant to the terms of the ESOT Purchase Plan, the details of which are set out in the announcement of 18 May 2021. A monthly share purchase plan is currently in place.

The total number of shares now held by Sanne, as trustee of the ESOT, is 2,289,500 Ordinary Shares representing 3.69% of the total issued share capital of the Company ("ESOT Shares").  

It is the intention that the ESOT Shares will be used to satisfy the awards of share options granted to employees of the Company (or for such other purposes as may be required of the Trust from time to time).

The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
