The Company was advised yesterday that following the allocation of a scrip
dividend on 29th April 2007, two of the Directors of the Company have increased
their shareholding in the Company.



David Youngman, Managing Director, increased his holding by 56,520 ordinary
shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares').  Mr Youngman now holds 2,279,681
Ordinary Shares (representing 13.9% of the issued share capital of the Company).



Laurie Beevers, Chief Executive, increased his holding by 5,218 Ordinary Shares.
Mr Beevers' now holds 2,437,385 Ordinary Shares (representing 14.8% of the
issued share capital of the Company).
