The Company announces that it has applied for the admission of 250,852 new
ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the
acquisition of D.J. Carmichael Pty Limited announced on 30 June 2005.

It is expected that dealings in the new ordinary shares will commence at 08.00
on 6 July 2005.
