Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC (tickers: VSL and VSLC) is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 2.0 pence per ordinary share for the three month period to 31 December 2015 and 1.07 pence per C share for the period from 2 October 2015 to 31 December 2015.

The ordinary share dividend and the C share dividend will be paid on 7 March 2016 to ordinary shareholders and C shareholders on the register as of 12 February 2016. The ex-dividend date for both the ordinary share and C share dividend is 11 February 2016.

In aggregate, the Company has declared ordinary share dividends of 4.79p for the period from IPO in March 2015 to 31 December 2015 and C share dividends of 1.07p for the period from the C share raise 2 October 2015 to 31 December 2015.

The Company has elected to designate all of the interim dividend for the period to 31 December 2015 for both the ordinary and C shares as an interest distribution to its shareholders. In doing so, the Company is taking advantage of UK tax treatment by "streaming" income from interest-bearing investments into dividends that will be taxed in the hands of shareholders as interest income.

Investors who are eligible to receive the distribution without deduction of UK tax should complete the Declaration of Eligibility Form which can be found on the Company's website: http://vpcspecialtylending.com/vpc-pdf/gross-interest-distributions-declaration-of-eligibility-form/ and return the forms to Capita Asset Services, at the address detailed in the form, promptly. The form must be received no later than 9 February 2016 to be eligible for this dividend.
