Vibroplant Plc (the 'Company')
On 6th July, Neil Stothard, a Director of the Company, was granted options in
respect of 90,000 ordinary shares at 56.5 pence per share by Vibroplant
Trustees Limited under the terms of the Vibroplant Long Term Incentive Plan.
