Vibroplant PLC (the 'Company')

Vibroplant PLC received notification on 29 September 1999 that on 28 September
1999 the Vibroplant Employee Trust ('the Trust') purchased 250,000 Ordinary
Shares at 61p per share.

Two non-executive Directors of the Company, Mr B Cottingham and Mr S Doughty
are trustees of the Trust and are therefore deemed to be non-beneficially
interested in these shares.
