Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, announces that at the Group's Annual
General meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to Shareholders by the
Board were duly passed.


Speaking at the meeting, Jeremy Pilkington, Chairman, said: 'I am pleased to
report that the Group has enjoyed satisfactory trading in line with our
expectations since the start of the new financial year.  We are pleased with the
continuing progress being made in Hire Station, our tool hire business, and the
performance of the significant acquisitions made in the previous financial year.
'
