The Company received notification on 4 December 2006 from BlackRock Investment
Management Limited on behalf of its client Royal Bank of Scotland as Trustee of
the 33 King William Street Growth & Recovery Fund, that the latter acquired
98,148 Ordinary shares of £0.0000001 each in the Company.  Following this
purchase, Royal Bank of Scotland as Trustee of the 33 King William Street Growth
& Recovery Fund is interested in 278,148 Ordinary shares of £0.0000001 each in
the capital of the Company representing 5.12 per cent. of the total number of
Ordinary shares in issue.
