                  Directors' Dealings and Holding(s) in Company

The Company announces that it has received notification today from Jonathan
Lander, a director of the Company, that he has acquired 118,750 Ordinary Shares
of GBP0.0000001 each at a price of GBP 1.20 in the Company.  Following this
transaction Jonathan Lander has an interest in 218,750 Ordinary Shares of
GBP0.0000001 each representing 4.06% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the
Company. In addition, Jonathan Lander holds 14,500 A Shares of GBP 0.49999995
each and 14,500 B Shares of GBP0.49999995 each in the capital of the Company.
Neither of these classes of share capital is traded on AIM.

The Company has also been notified today that Nicholas Lander, a director of the
Company, has acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 each at a price of
GBP 1.20 in the Company.  Following this transaction Nicholas Lander has an
interest in 35,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 each representing 0.65% of
the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. In addition, Nicholas Lander
holds 7,315 A Shares of GBP 0.49999995 each and 7,315 B Shares of GBP0.49999995
each in the capital of the Company. Neither of these classes of share capital is
traded on AIM.

The Company has also been notified today that Dawnay, Day International Limited
('DDI') has acquired 118,750 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 each at a price of
GBP 1.20 in the Company.  Following this transaction DDI has an interest in
618,750 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 each representing approximately 11.51%
of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. In addition, DDI holds
10,525 A Shares of GBP 0.49999995 each and 10,525 B Shares of GBP0.49999995 each
in the capital of the Company. Neither of these classes of share capital is
traded on AIM.

The Company has also been notified today that Dawnay Day Lander Limited ('DDL')
has disposed of its holding of 250,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 each a
price of GBP 1.20 in the Company.  Following this transaction DDL no longer has
a notifiable interest in the Company. Jonathan Lander, a director of the
Company, is a major shareholder in DDL.
