The Company announces that it was advised today that Chiltern Trust Company
Limited ('Chiltern') transferred on 5 May 2006 its entire shareholding of
250,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.0000001 each, representing 6.6% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company, to Brewin Nominees (Channel Islands)
Limited ('Brewin').  Both Chiltern and Brewin are acting as nominees for the
Trustees of a trust called the Ashley Grandchildren's 2003 Settlement ('the
Settlement').  Neil Ashley, a director of the Company, is a Trustee of the
Settlement.


In addition, Chiltern has transferred its holdings of 1,250 A Shares of
£0.49999995 each and 1,250 B Shares of £0.49999995 each to Brewin.  Neither of
these classes of share capital is traded on AIM.
