Notification of Annual General Meeting and posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Volvere, the turnaround investment company, announces that it has today posted
to shareholders copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2004 and notice of the annual general meeting of the Company to be held
on 14 June 2005 at 9-11 Grosvenor Gardens, London SW1W OBD at 11.00 a.m.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts will be available for one month, free
of charge, from the Company's registered office, being 9-11 Grosvenor Gardens,
London SW1W OBD.
