Volta Finance Limited (the “Company”) announces that in August it has been notified by AXA Investment Managers S.A. ("AXA IM") that, as of 24 April 2018, AXA IM has sold all shares in the Company, which were purchased by AXA S.A. Accordingly, AXA S.A. now has an indirect interest via affiliates in 10,007,429 ordinary shares of the Company which represents 27.37% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
