The Company has today been informed that on 3rd September 2007, 3,200 ordinary
shares were transferred to Dimitri Goulandris from his father for nil
consideration and these shares were then immediately transferred to Cycladic
Capital LLP of which Dimitri is a partner.

 Dimitri Goulandris now has a total holding of 12,640,810 ordinary shares
representing 22.22% of the Company's issued share capital.
