Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that it was notified on Friday 26 August 2022 that NR Holdings Ltd and Nathaniel Rothschild received 314,230 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the reference price of 297.60 pence per share, through the scrip dividend announced on 11 July 2022 and issued on Friday 26 August 2022, as set out in the notification of dealing form below.

Following this issue, including those shares held through NR Holdings Ltd, of which Mr Rothschild is a beneficiary, Mr Rothschild will be interested in 39,278,811 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.69% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.

The notification below is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
