SALE OF VODAFONE'S STAKE IN VODAFONE FIJI TO THE Fiji National Provident Fund

Vodafone¹ announces that it has sold its entire 49% shareholding in Vodafone Fiji Limited to the Fiji National Provident Fund for a cash consideration of FJ$160m (£51m)².  Vodafone expects to continue to have a presence in Fiji through a Partner Market agreement.
