Vodafone Group PLC 1 March 2001 1 March 2001 Proposed sale of Infostrada Vodafone Group Plc ('Vodafone') notes the decision by the Italian anti-trust authority to approve Enel's acquisition of Infostrada but only on the condition that Enel sells 5,500 megawatts of generating capacity. Vodafone and Enel are continuing to discuss the implications of this regulatory decision.
