Vodafone Group PLC 15 January 2002 15 January 2002 VODAFONE SELLS REMAINING STAKE IN ATECS MANNESMANN Vodafone Group Plc ('Vodafone') today announces that its subsidiary Vodafone AG has exercised its option to sell to Siemens AG ('Siemens') its 50% less 2 shares stake in the Atecs Mannesmann engineering and automotive businesses for a cash consideration of EUR 3.657 billion.
