In accordance with the provisions of Section 329 of the Companies Act 1985, I
hereby inform you that Mr Thomas Geitner, who was appointed an Executive
Director of this Company on 15 May 2000, has an interest in 12,350 ordinary
shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company.
