Vodafone AirTouch Plc (the 'Company') 

In accordance with Section 329 of the Companies Act 1985, I have to inform you
that the Company has been notified today of exercises of share options by the
following directors of the Company and the subsequent sale of the shares (in
the form of American Depositary Receipts) on the following dates at the
following prices:

All holdings are maintained in the form of ADRs. The ADR ratio is ten (10)
ordinary shares per ADR.
