that the Company was advised on 11 August 2004 by UBS Wealth Management that on
6 August 2004, Mr J Buchanan, a non-executive director of the Company acquired
924 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each at a price of 118.910936p per share, through
his participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
