3.1.4R(1), I have to inform you that the Company was advised on Tuesday 28 March
2006 by The Share Centre that on 27 March 2006, Sir Julian Horn-Smith, a
director of the Company, acquired 99 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each through his
participation in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan, for which each share was valued
at 125.67p.
