In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company gives notice that it was advised on 24 July 2012 that, on 24 July 2012, Directors of the Company exercised options granted over ordinary shares of US$0.11³/₇ each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:
